Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer service using the C.H.A.R.M service model.
  • •Lead the store team to surpass performance metrics including sales and consumer service.
  • •Apply analytical thinking and company reporting to identify store opportunities and support strategic decisions.
  • •Lead visual presentation and operational execution across product flow, replenishment, and standards.
  • •Support daily retail operations such as POS system management, stock replenishment, seasonal pricing/markdown, loyalty programs, cleanliness/recovery standards, and asset protection compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 18+ years old.
  • •A Level / SSCE / Diploma / Advanced Diploma or above preferred.
  • •Minimum 5 years of total retail experience, preferably including previous Store Manager experience.
  • •Demonstrated leadership abilities with passion for challenging, empowering, and driving team results.
  • •Professional working proficiency in English; other languages are an advantage.
