Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Area Manager with terminal/station management duties and provide back-up coverage when unavailable.
  • •Supervise terminal or station operations to achieve goals within budgeted funds and available personnel; plan workloads and staff assignments.
  • •Participate in selection/promotion, salary changes, and disciplinary matters; assist with resolving grievances and training/motivation.
  • •Coordinate product delivery schedules and pipeline variables (e.g., batch sequencing, equipment shutdowns) to minimize downtime and throughput loss.
  • •Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations affecting pipeline operations and coordinate safety and emergency response programs.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • •5–7 years of well-rounded pipeline operations experience, including products movement and mechanical maintenance, with lead responsibilities.
  • •Knowledge of management and supervisory principles and practices.
  • •Refined petroleum pipeline facilities operations, equipment requirements, and products movement.
  • •Must have a current, valid State driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
