  • •Coordinate cross-functional proposal teams with capture managers, subject matter experts, writers, and graphic designers.
  • •Create proposal schedules, compliance matrices, win strategies, and themes aligned to solicitation requirements and business objectives.
  • •Conduct stakeholder engagement activities such as kick-off meetings, color team reviews, and daily status calls to maintain alignment and progress.
  • •Maintain solicitation documents and proposal artifacts on collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint or MS Teams) and run post-submission reviews to capture lessons learned.
