Key Responsibilities

  • •Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements, translating them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized product backlogs.
  • •Own outreach, adoption, and rollout communications for delivered capabilities, including announcements, landing pages, demos, and training coordination.
  • •Map current-state and future-state workflows aligned to platform best practices.
  • •Manage product delivery in ServiceNow SPM/Agile boards by grooming backlogs, tracking increments, and running MVP/increment reviews.
  • •Develop and maintain delivery artifacts (requirements traceability, process documentation, SOPs, user guides, release notes) and facilitate stakeholder working groups.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5+ years of business analysis and/or product delivery experience.
  • •Proven requirements elicitation, process mapping, user stories/acceptance criteria, and backlog management.
  • •Experience delivering using Agile/Scrum with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow Agile/SPM.
  • •Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL concepts and platform-driven delivery (ServiceNow strong plus).
  • •Active Secret clearance; must be TS/SCI eligible, and experience in secure/DoD environments.
