Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with the design team to understand design specifications.
  • •Generate test plans; create test and characterization programs; design ATE hardware interface boards.
  • •Debug and characterize silicon on ATE and correlate results with bench data.
  • •Analyze silicon results to support failure analysis and characterize/qualify devices.
  • •Perform yield analysis to debug and fix yield issues; optimize test time and release products to volume production.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • •5 years of relevant experience
  • •ATE experience on Teradyne Eagle or equivalent analog ATE (iFlex, LTX, VLCT)
  • •Characterization test program and hardware development experience, including production test programs and hardware development
  • •Strong technical knowledge of electronic devices/circuits and analog test techniques, plus data analysis using Spotfire or dataPower (STDF-based)
