Test Engineer

Drive probe and final test development for highly integrated multi-rail power management devices for datacenter applications. Work with design teams to create test plans, develop test and characterization programs, and design ATE hardware interfaces. Debug and correlate results between ATE and bench data, analyze yield fallout, and optimize test time. Support failure analysis, silicon qualification, and partner with production to release products to volume production while owning robust, cost-effective test solutions.
