Director, Food & Beverage Operations

Lead operational excellence for the food and beverage business across Kerzner’s global hotel portfolio. You’ll develop and maintain global F&B operating standards and ensure consistent brand compliance, coach regional and hotel teams, and support audits and quality assurance. The role also covers readiness for new openings and transitions, monitoring operational and financial KPIs, and promoting compliance with company policies, food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
