Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for technical commercial real estate projects from planning through closeout.
  • •Interface with clients to develop scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates and budget, schedules, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Document IT requirements by collaborating with the project team to define technology solutions.
  • •Run RFPs, conduct bid evaluations, and recommend delivery resources; implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.
  • •Direct project delivery teams (architects, engineers, and vendors/contractors) with mentorship, track progress, and implement risk mitigation and contingency plans.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree preferred; in lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • •8–12 years of relevant experience in project management.
  • •LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
  • •IT construction experience in network setup/design, voice/data cabling, telephony, wireless, audio visual, security access and monitoring, and sound masking.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and MS Project.
