Key Responsibilities

  • •Embed yourself in the assigned business function to understand priorities, challenges, and opportunities.
  • •Proactively identify analytical opportunities before stakeholders ask—hunt for insights that drive action.
  • •Design and lead experiments, A/B tests, and pilots with clear success metrics and measurement frameworks.
  • •Deliver insights with clear recommendations and next steps, not just data summaries.
  • •Build dashboards, reports, and analytical frameworks that enable ongoing business monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •4-7 years in business intelligence, data analytics, or related analytical role
  • •Advanced SQL skills with ability to structure complex analyses independently
  • •Strong proficiency with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
  • •Proficiency in R or Python for automated data processing, statistical modeling, and advanced visualization
  • •Bachelor's degree in quantitative field; advanced degree preferred
