Key Responsibilities

•Embed yourself in the assigned business function to understand priorities, challenges, and opportunities.
•Proactively identify analytical opportunities before stakeholders ask—hunt for insights that drive action.
•Design and lead experiments, A/B tests, and pilots with clear success metrics and measurement frameworks.
•Deliver insights with clear recommendations and next steps, not just data summaries.
•Build dashboards, reports, and analytical frameworks that enable ongoing business monitoring.

Key Requirements

•4-7 years in business intelligence, data analytics, or related analytical role
•Advanced SQL skills with ability to structure complex analyses independently
•Strong proficiency with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
•Proficiency in R or Python for automated data processing, statistical modeling, and advanced visualization
•Bachelor's degree in quantitative field; advanced degree preferred
