Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete 6 months of guided, hands-on training across Operations, Management, and Purchasing within the distribution center.
  • •Receive training by working in every area of the distribution center and following methods, procedures, and performance standards.
  • •Shadow contractors/builders, service/maintenance, and retail store customers to learn the business aspects of swimming pool, irrigation, and landscaping.
  • •Participate in classroom training at the EDGEucation Center covering operations, financials, leadership, human capital management, and operating systems.
  • •Provide a comprehensive presentation to senior-level management for MIT program completion, plus other assigned duties and special projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain Management, Management, Operations, or a related discipline with a minimum 2.5 GPA.
  • •Work experience in a leadership and/or problem-solving role; or equivalent involvement in distribution/supply chain internships, organizations/clubs, volunteer/community service, athletics, or military leadership.
  • •Ability and desire to work in a distribution warehouse environment.
  • •Strong leadership skills and results-driven, self-starter mindset with rapidly changing priorities.
  • •Willingness and ability to relocate during and after the program (company expense) and travel up to 25%.
