Paralegal

Support Hydra Host’s global legal and corporate functions across U.S. and international entities. You’ll manage corporate governance records and filings, draft and track commercial contracts, organize legal operations and deadlines, and assist with compliance, employment documentation, and intellectual property tracking. Partner closely with HR, Finance, Sales, and Operations, manage outside counsel invoices and budgets, and help build legal processes in a fast-paced startup environment.
