Provide inside sales support for drywall and related building materials by taking orders at the sales counter and over the phone, building customer relationships, and entering/processing sales orders in the company computer system. Develop product knowledge to guide customer purchases, and partner with outside sales reps and sales managers to shape sales approaches and address customer objections while highlighting product/service features.
