  • •Own complex customer engagements end-to-end, leading deep-dive discovery, defining requirements, architecting solutions, and delivering documented outcomes.
  • •Build sophisticated, non-standard Risk Cloud workflows and data models aligned to enterprise GRC best practices.
  • •Use AI-assisted workflows and platform capabilities to accelerate configuration timelines, optimize process mapping, and improve program performance.
  • •Autonomously manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, proactively identify risks to customer health, triage requests, and execute “get well” strategies.
  • •Provide strategic GRC advisory across enterprise risk management, compliance frameworks, third-party risk, and audit; collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product and mentor junior consultants.
