Job Summary

Own the design, development, and delivery of production AI systems that power insurance workflow automation. Architect orchestration layers connecting LLM APIs to backend services and business workflows, and lead end-to-end work across inference pipelines, routing, caching, and reliability/fallback strategies. Drive engineering decisions for latency, reliability, cost, and scalability, implement observability, mentor engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally to ship and debug AI features in production.
