Key Responsibilities

  • •Run technical and process discovery with customers across supply chain, quality, logistics, and IT to uncover workflows, data sources, systems, and constraints.
  • •Deliver tailored pre-sales demos and handle technical objections based on the customer’s real cold chain problems.
  • •Own initial solution design and solution map, including applicable modules, required data, integrations, and phased scope.
  • •Translate solution design into scoped, sequenced statements of work and implementation plans; identify dependencies and surface long-lead items.
  • •Carry the design into delivery by leading solution workshops, guiding configuration of Lane Qualification and Command Center/Automated Product Release, and staying accountable through go-live.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in customer-facing technical roles across the software sales cycle and delivery (e.g., Solution Engineer, Presales Consultant, Implementation Lead, or consulting with SaaS delivery).
  • •Experience scoped work pre-signature and then being accountable for delivering it post-signature.
  • •Strong supply chain and process background to map current-state workflows, identify breaks, and design a future state.
  • •Cold chain domain knowledge including lanes/lane qualification, temperature excursions, stability budgets, monitoring, and product release decisions.
  • •Practical technical fluency in APIs, data mapping/transformation, and integration patterns; able to engage engineers without being one.
