Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand on-site installation and repair requirements, forecasting issues and materials.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and ensure satisfaction by identifying, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems in commercial environments.
  • •Use software/technology and hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
  • •Maintain safety standards and accountability for company-issued/procured assets, including recording use, wear, and conditions.
