Job Summary

Work with strategic enterprise customers to design, build, and deliver production-grade AI and LLM-powered solutions within Zendesk’s Technical Presales team. Lead end-to-end delivery from discovery and scoping through PoC, production rollout, and operational handoff. Build integrations and connectors (APIs, data pipelines, RAG, vector stores), troubleshoot complex blockers, and translate customer learnings into product feedback and roadmap priorities.

•Lead end-to-end delivery of AI agent and LLM-powered solutions (discovery, scoping, system design, PoC, rollout, operational handoff).
•Build production-grade integrations and custom connectors (APIs, data pipelines, RAG systems) to feed high-quality signals into Zendesk AI workflows.
•Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical blockers across data, infrastructure, and model behavior as the field’s final line of defense.
•Collaborate with sales engineering and product teams to map undocumented systems, define integration patterns, and implement solutions.
•Translate customer learnings into product feedback and prioritized roadmap items to reduce future deployment friction.

Key Requirements

•5+ years delivering production software systems with strong engineering fundamentals and quality focus.
•Fluency in French and English.
•Full-stack experience including React/TypeScript, backend (Python, Node, Java, Ruby, or Go), and REST/GraphQL APIs.
•Hands-on production experience deploying/integrating LLM solutions, including RAG, vector databases, and model evaluation/guardrails.
•Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
