Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Guide technical evaluations by architecting and overseeing Proof-of-Value engagements to help customers assess how Opal integrates into their enterprise environment
•Translate complex customer use cases and security objectives into actionable solutions, advising on best practices for seamless implementation
•Build deep customer trust by acting as a senior technical advisor and providing hands-on guidance to address technical challenges
•Partner with sales teams to drive deal progress, engage stakeholders, and ensure alignment between technical solutions and business outcomes
•Bridge product and market by capturing customer feedback and working with Product Development and Engineering to influence roadmap and prioritize market-relevant features

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in a solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical customer-facing role – ideally in cybersecurity, identity, or infrastructure
•Ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders, balancing technical depth with strategic insight
•Comfort in cross-functional environments, influencing internal product strategy and external customer outcomes
•Experience with modern enterprise tech such as SSO, RBAC, cloud IAM, and data access governance
•Proactive in testing and refining product-market fit and guiding customers through technical evaluations (POVs)
