Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project management commissions, taking end-to-end responsibility for delivery on large or complex projects
  • •Act as day-to-day client interface to ensure objectives are met and projects delivered to time, cost and quality targets
  • •Develop and maintain master project plans and schedules, governance, processes and systems
  • •Manage budgets, forecast and actual costs, and procurement of resources
  • •Lead cross-functional project teams and manage risk, change control and stakeholder communications

Key Requirements

  • •Degree (Civil Engineering) preferred
  • •Experience on large scheme projects (£100m plus)
  • •NEC ECC Project Manager accreditation
  • •Chartered/qualified with ICE, APM, RICS or similar preferred
  • •Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
