Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a gatekeeper to scrutinize maintenance and operational work requests for impact and justification prior to approval
  • •Review call-outs, provide feedback and coaching, and validate/document scheduled break-ins and priority 1 work orders
  • •Manage maintenance requests and notifications by verifying job scopes, ensuring correct prioritization, initiating RCA/MOC processes when needed, and removing duplicate or non-value-added work
  • •Maintain and prioritize maintenance and engineering backlogs to support timely, reliable execution while maintaining regulatory requirements
  • •Coordinate maintenance scheduling and cost management by tracking/preventing budget overages and liaising with operations and maintenance on schedule changes

Salary: USD 129,040 - 193,560 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience
  • •Typically 5+ years of plant operations, engineering, or related technical experience
  • •Experience managing maintenance costs and schedule compliance (safety, regulatory, PM, routine, and non-routine maintenance)
  • •Ability to manage maintenance notifications and work-order backlogs to ensure high-priority, value-added work is executed on time
