Key Responsibilities

•Lead the technical strategy for greenfield and developing accounts within the Benelux region, assessing a customer’s architecture and providing strategic guidance and deep technical expertise addressing problems spanning multiple systems, teams, and stakeholders.
•Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving alignment during negotiations and ensuring long-term technical commitment.
•Abstract learnings from builds into reusable patterns and guidance for the wider Databricks community, anticipating objections before they surface.
•Move beyond proofs of concept to deliver measurable business outcomes, using adoption signals to ensure sustained customer impact.
•Coach and develop junior team members on technical discovery and use-case prioritisation, maintaining high standards at velocity.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in technical and client-facing roles with strong skills in use case discovery, scoping, and delivering complex solution architecture designs to multiple audiences.
•Deep expertise across the data landscape—including Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, and GenAI—with an AI-builder mindset.
•Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Databricks, AWS, Azure, GCP) and relevant certifications are advantageous.
•Prior experience with coding in a core programming language (e.g., Python, SQL) and willingness to learn Apache Spark.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; ability to manage ambiguity and coordinate with senior stakeholders.
