Drive tractor-trailer combinations and trucks (26,000+ GVW) to safely transport and deliver equipment and materials to supplier, customer, storage, or processing locations. Follow dispatcher instructions, complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, maintain required logs, secure cargo, and verify delivery documentation. Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards and applicable DOT regulations while supporting yard operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Transport and deliver equipment and materials using tractor-trailers or trucks while complying with DOT regulations and company Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
•Follow dispatch instructions to proceed to delivery/receipt locations and maneuver vehicles into loading and unloading positions.
•Secure cargo for transport and obtain receipts/signatures while checking documentation for completeness and accuracy.
•Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain required logs of working hours and vehicle service/repair status.
•Provide backup or assistance throughout the yard as assigned and report defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damages.

Key Requirements

•Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s license.
•Valid Medical Examiner’s Certificate and ability to renew it.
•24 months verifiable Class A driving experience within the last 5 years.
•No more than two moving violations and no more than one preventable accident in the last 3 years.
•Must be registered in the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse and be able to use automated systems such as electronic logs.
