Job Summary

Monitor and ensure architectural engineering work is executed according to inspection plans, drawings, codes, and specifications. Coordinate with senior engineers and contractors, review shop drawings and variations, and track quality control compliance. Conduct site and material inspections, perform or evaluate quality tests, issue NCRs, and maintain site records and progress reporting. Support protocol setup, HSE monitoring, and expedite approvals/NOCs as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor architectural engineering aspects of projects to ensure execution aligns with inspection plans, drawings, codes, and specifications.
•Review contractor documents/shop drawings and variations, flag issues, and support corrective actions to protect architectural components’ stability and function.
•Conduct architectural and material inspections, perform/evaluate tests, and ensure inspection reports are accurate and compliant.
•Maintain full site records including daily diaries and monthly progress photography; provide reports on architectural progress.
•Support site protocol setup, monitor HSE-related matters, and help expedite stalled NOCs and client approvals; issue NCRs as required.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture or a relevant degree.
•6 to 10 years of experience in building construction.
•Ability to monitor architectural engineering works against inspection plans, drawings, codes, and specifications.
•Experience reviewing contractor documents/shop drawings for stability and functional impact.
•Knowledge of Quality Control Plan compliance and inspection/reporting requirements.
