Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive integrated master schedules for data center projects from pre-construction through construction hand-off.
  • •Collaborate with project managers, engineers, procurement, cost managers, and trade partners to gather input, validate sequencing, and ensure schedule feasibility.
  • •Create and update multiple schedules across potential scopes until lease signing.
  • •Conduct detailed schedule analysis to identify risks, delays, and opportunities to accelerate or optimize.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •Proficiency in scheduling software, specifically Primavera P6, and knowledge of Microsoft Project.
  • •Strong knowledge of preconstruction/construction sequencing, work breakdown structures, and the critical path method (CPM).
  • •Experience with data center construction or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
  • •Experience with Power BI and Excel for KPI tracking and dashboard/reporting.
