Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive agent development and architecture by building systems that learn from demonstrations and reliably execute workflows.
  • •Develop recovery and verification capabilities to adapt to changes, confirm outcomes, and request human intervention when needed.
  • •Build backend services with workflow state management, robust failure handling, and secure access to customer environments.
  • •Create evaluations and diagnostics to measure task success, expose regressions, and make failures understandable.
  • •Own technical decisions from initial design through production operation, including mentoring peers and participating in hiring.

Key Requirements

  • •Independently owned a substantial backend service or system through design, deployment, production failures, and ongoing improvements.
