Lead development efforts across multiple Salesforce platforms within the Salesforce Center of Excellence. Build and unit test Apex/LWCs and declarative components, mentor technical delivery staff, and guide scrum practices including planning, refinement, daily status, and code reviews. Collaborate with Dev/QA to resolve defects, evaluate new Salesforce capabilities and third-party options via prototypes/POCs, and support DevOps enhancements such as CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and test automation for enterprise integrations via APIs.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and unit test Salesforce components and collaborate with Dev/QA to resolve code and configuration-based defects.
•Provide leadership to a dev team, including guidance/mentoring as needed and direction for research/documentation of new Salesforce capabilities or issues.
•Lead proof of concepts with architects to evaluate and document new designs, integrations, patterns, and practices.
•Demonstrate proficiency in core Salesforce capabilities (Apex, LWCs, flows, triggers, formulas, workflows, security) and support enterprise cross-system integrations using events and APIs.
•Support DevOps process enhancements (pipelines, monitoring, test automation) and design/document development patterns and best practices for the COE delivery organization.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree.
•4+ years of progressively responsible technical and business work experience developing enterprise-level applications with Salesforce.com full-stack development experience.
•2-3 years in a scrum team environment.
•Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written).
•Salesforce Data Model knowledge and data modeling experience; expertise with branching and code merging practices in Git (or equivalent).
