Key Responsibilities

  • •Review plans and specifications and develop accurate cost estimates for HVAC-related projects, including equipment, subcontractors, labor, and other construction activities.
  • •Consult on facility-related solutions to address customer problems and determine project needs, constraints, and responsibilities for HVAC design and installation requirements.
  • •Develop, evaluate, and discuss possible solutions with account managers, project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and/or customers.
  • •Coordinate selection, pricing, and integration of equipment, controls, and services for each project.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, or business management preferred, with minimum 3–5 years’ experience in estimating, project management, engineering, HVAC, or construction management (or equivalent experience).

  • •Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
