Director, Member Identity and Access Management (MIAM) – Authentication

Lead the authentication strategy for member access across all USAA channels, balancing secure authentication with fraud risk mitigation and a great member experience. Own the authentication product lifecycle, translating business and member needs into requirements for technology and design teams. Monitor fraud/authentication performance, manage risk frameworks for authentication activities, and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and fraud policies by partnering with technology, risk, compliance, audit, legal, and regulators.
