Job Summary

Implement and support Configure Digital on Fiserv’s Bank Solutions eCommerce and Business Banking implementation team. Lead strategic implementations, configuration, and validation (including connectivity testing), while becoming a subject matter expert and resolving small-to-moderate complex product/technical issues. Engage with clients from kickoff through go-live, manage multiple projects, provide training and post go-live warranty support, and coordinate schedules, hosted tenant provisioning, and core interface activities.

•Engage with clients from kickoff through go-live; assess needs, walk through setup/testing/procedures, and deliver training.

•2+ years of experience with customer-facing projects or in a client support role.
•Financial Services Industry experience.

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or Business (preferred).
•Time management skills to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines (preferred).
