Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately five supply chain professionals with clear priorities and performance expectations.
  • •Advance the Category Management framework, including category planning, spend analysis, market intelligence, sourcing strategies, supplier segmentation, and value identification.
  • •Strengthen Supplier Relationship Management practices, including supplier segmentation, performance measures, governance, business reviews, and improvement plans.
  • •Strengthen procurement governance and discipline across sourcing, competitive bidding, approvals, contracting, supplier onboarding, and policy compliance.
  • •Lead strategic sourcing activities and continuous improvement, using spend/supplier data for risk and value creation while supporting contract lifecycle management and stakeholder alignment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce or a related field.
  • •Approximately 10+ years of progressive supply chain, procurement, or strategic sourcing experience, including experience leading people.
  • •Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing and category management, including spend analysis, market analysis, sourcing strategy development, competitive bidding, and supplier negotiations.
  • •Experience developing or operating Supplier Relationship Management and supplier performance management programs.
  • •Strong commercial and negotiation skills, including contract development, competitive bidding, and supplier negotiations.
