Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary language resource for French, owning language-specific work end to end.
  • •Manage annotation quality by auditing datasets, monitoring product performance, and reviewing audio/TTS against rubrics.
  • •Support annotators by answering questions, cascading updated guidelines/instructions, and running calibration and office hours.
  • •Produce written quality assessments and QA reports with concrete examples and recommendations.
  • •Investigate language-specific customer issues, identify likely root causes, and flag production audio quality issues to the team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 35 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Native-level proficiency in French as spoken in France.
  • •Experience with data annotation, transcription, or language quality assurance.
  • •Strong foundation in linguistics, with practical ability to evaluate speech and writing using phonetics, prosody, and intonation concepts.
