Job Summary

Serve as the financial planning expert for the Polymers Specialties business within the North American Olefins and Polyolefins segment. Own periodic profit/cash flow budgeting, forecasting, annual budget coordination, and quarterly MD&A analysis. Coordinate and consolidate key portions of sales, production, and fixed/variable cost budgets, manage working capital planning, and resolve General Ledger/SAP accounting issues while partnering across Finance, operations, and senior management.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide focal point financial support for Business Directors and segment leadership.
•Lead monthly forecasting and planning across income statement, balance sheet (including working capital), and cash flows.
•Coordinate and consolidate annual sales, production, and variable/fixed cost budgets, serving as a liaison on budget issues.
•Conduct quarterly MD&A segment analysis and deliver monthly and ad hoc special performance analysis.
•Research and resolve General Ledger/SAP accounting issues to ensure correct assignment of costs and revenues to cost/profit centers.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field (required).
•8+ years of experience in a multi-entity, complex global environment.
•Strong understanding of financial and manufacturing accounting principles and procedures using US GAAP and IFRS.
•Experience with ERP and financial planning systems (SAP, Oracle, BPC, and OneStream are preferred systems).
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and judgment skills, with ability to mentor and drive continuous process improvements.
