Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead Healthie’s developer community by investing in the forum, Discord presence, GitHub presence, and ongoing touchpoints.
  • •Act as the trusted point of contact for developers by answering questions and closing the loop on feedback.
  • •Create and execute a developer content strategy, including technical integration walkthroughs, architecture guides, API use case spotlights, and build demos.
  • •Upgrade developer-facing documentation by auditing gaps and delivering better guides, quickstarts, code samples, and reference material.
  • •Represent the platform externally through events and conference presence, and partner with Sales/Solutions to deliver live demos and practical examples.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in developer relations or technical marketing, or a role at the intersection of technical and external-facing work.
  • •Ability to read, write, and reason about code to produce credible examples and hold conversations with engineers.
  • •Exceptional technical writing skills for developer documentation and developer blog posts.
  • •Strong instincts for developer experience, including identifying confusing docs and fixing onboarding issues.
  • •A builder mindset for developer communities, plus curiosity about healthcare workflows and compliance stakes.
