Key Responsibilities

  • •Support manufacturing operations in a high-interrupt, rapidly ramping tool install environment.
  • •Execute daily module metrics including tool recovery, material disposition, tool installations and qualifications, excursion containment and reporting, and procedure documentation.
  • •Develop and implement improved CMP and Wet Process manufacturing methods to improve efficiencies, yields, machine operations, and quality.
  • •Implement project/improvement plans (efficiency, cost, quality, new product support, and other process improvements) and run process startup and experiments.
  • •Identify systematic process/equipment problems, analyze and resolve them, and provide training while maintaining documentation and procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 81,500 - 126,000

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • •2+ years relevant semiconductor process and/or manufacturing experience.
  • •Strong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control, and process release strategies.
  • •Proficiency with Python and/or Claude or other AI model/tools is a plus.
  • •Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions in a fast-paced environment.
