Engineering Team Manager

Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and trainees at an operational Customer Fulfilment Centre in Erith, driving performance, workload allocation, and day-to-day standards across the 24/7 operation. Serve as an experienced engineer across both mechanical and electrical streams, ensure health and safety (including working safely at height), and manage development, coaching, and disciplinary matters. Work with production, picking, storage, and MHE systems.
