Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct the product lifecycle for surveillance tools monitoring email, chat, and voice to support detection of market abuse and conduct risk.
  • •Lead moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to projects, peers, and direct reports.
  • •Create exhaustive functional specifications, logic workflows, and BRDs that translate compliance requirements into engineering blueprints.
  • •Manage complex roadmaps, competing stakeholder priorities, and rigorous audit trails to deliver on time while documenting appropriately to mitigate risk.
  • •Partner with legal and risk teams and coordinate vendor enhancements/upgrades to anticipate shifting global regulations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 193,800 - 221,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
  • •At least 8 years of Project or Process Management experience.
  • •At least 1 year of People Management experience.
  • •Proven experience leading projects/programs in a dynamic, complex environment with strong structure and delivery.
  • •Experience working in a regulated industry and managing risk (preferred).
