Key Requirements

  • •Tertiary qualification in Chemical engineering or a related discipline, supported by experience in heavy industry or a similar operational environment.
  • •Proven experience leading business improvement, lean manufacturing, operational excellence, or quality management initiatives.
  • •Advanced problem-solving capability with practical knowledge of business improvement tools and ABS or comparable lean operating systems.
  • •Ability to collaborate, coach, influence, and communicate to build shared understanding across leaders, employees, and specialist teams.
  • •Experience supporting change and ensuring management systems are applied consistently and sustainably.
