Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of major events from commercial contract signing to final closing.
  • •Serve as the main point of contact between event organizers and internal teams throughout the process.
  • •Coordinate multiple department tasks to deliver requirements on time and in an organized manner.
  • •Communicate Fever usability and process needs to HQ, collaborate with product/engineering, and prioritize requirements with the product team.
  • •Create and maintain Q&A and documentation for project goals, coordinating user incidence responses with the user support team; be on-site when required.
