Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reporting for the Ghana cluster P&L and WCA operating expenses.
  • •Manage budgeting and forecasting for Ghana cluster revenue and overall WCA operating expenses.
  • •Implement strategies to prevent and resolve bad debts and support revenue management and investment decision areas.
  • •Lead analysis of key business drivers for strategic planning, annual budgeting, and quarterly forecasting; model and review client deals and incentive contracts.
  • •Ensure deals and approval-to-spend requests are captured and reported in compliance with policies; maintain data integrity and support business partners’ budgets and forecasts.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD).
  • •Preferred: 5+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • •Experience in finance/commercial analysis or FP&A within a large, multinational, publicly traded corporation.
  • •Strong FP&A skills: forecasting from trends, historical data, and current market conditions; ability to analyze financial data and summarize for non-Finance audiences; basic experience with financial models.
  • •Degree in Accounting or professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) preferred.
