Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement Fab10 EHS programs at the site and ensure effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance with the management system and regulatory requirements.
  • •Develop and implement functional, cost-effective solutions for safety issues.
  • •Coordinate and conduct safety walks, inspections, and audits; respond to emergencies and investigate incidents with preventive/corrective actions.
  • •Collect, analyze, and communicate safety-related metrics and performance measurements; support continuous improvement of the safety program via internal audits.
  • •Identify, develop, and deliver safety training aligned to company goals and objectives; liaise with external organizations on EHS compliance issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science.
  • •Safety and Health certifications are a plus (e.g., Certified Safety Professional, ISO auditor training and certification).
  • •Experience with ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System is a plus.
  • •Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
  • •Effective communication and cross-level collaboration; internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
