Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist APC Directors during live newscast production and observe coordination of live television broadcasts.
  • •Support producers, editors, and newsroom managers in creating and preparing content for broadcast.
  • •Learn professional media asset management, including ingesting, organizing, archiving, restoring, and managing digital media.
  • •Gain experience with newsroom file workflows and content management systems.
  • •Collaborate across Production, News, TechOps Operations, and Engineering, and participate in special projects.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing an Associate's, Bachelor's, or Graduate degree from an accredited institution with proof of enrollment.
  • •Sophomore standing or above (minimum 30 complete credit hours).
  • •Available to work at least 20 hours per week.
  • •Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • •Authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship from NBCUniversal; able to work on-site in San Antonio, Texas.
