As Director of Engineering, you’ll manage Engineering Managers and Software Engineers across remote teams, drive modernization including AI-infused development, set metrics (DORA/SPACE), ensure security/compliance, and align engineering initiatives with product strategy to increase uptime, velocity, and impact.

•Lead, mentor, and scale a diverse, fully remote engineering organization with accountability and technical excellence.
•Structure engineering pods, establish career ladders, and collaborate with Product Management to deliver customer-focused outcomes.
•Oversee architectural integrity, security, performance, and cost optimization of high-volume ad tech infrastructure; manage technical debt.
•Maintain robust data privacy, compliance, and security standards across all engineering operations.
