Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and supervise parts inventory, including purchasing and invoicing.
  • •Order and manage parts inventory for rental equipment and coordinate parts flow from manufacturers and vendors.
  • •Interact with customers to answer parts availability questions, fulfill orders, and prepare parts quotes.
  • •Confirm invoice accuracy and manage related documentation/records.
  • •Coordinate with service departments and delivery schedules to support parts availability and equipment readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Active applicable state class driver's license and a clean driving record; position includes picking up and delivering local parts.

  • •Knowledge of Excel and use of spreadsheets, with prior experience in budgeting preferred.
  • •Pass a 10 panel drug screen (safety sensitive position) and must own tools applicable to the role.
