Lead production operations at the Kalasin Plant, managing production activities to meet safety, quality, equipment performance, and customer requirements. Drive operational improvement by applying best practices and continuous improvement projects using TPM/AM, Lean, and Six Sigma. Monitor OEE, handle startups/shutdowns/changeovers, and ensure compliance with EHS, ISO, GHPS, and HACCP. Manage and develop a production team while controlling resources and budget.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead production operations to achieve production plans, customer requirements, equipment performance, product quality, and safety standards.
•Drive strategy and operational improvement by contributing to best-practice production policies, processes, and procedures.
•Optimize performance and quality by monitoring OEE and managing production issues, including startups, shutdowns, and changeovers.
•Champion EHS, quality, and compliance across safety, environmental, health, ISO, GHPS, HACCP, legal, and customer requirements.
•Lead and develop production teams, managing workforce assignments, training, shift rotations, performance reviews, and shift handovers; manage resources and budget.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, food science, or a related field.
•Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial-level role.
•Experience in chemical manufacturing or modified starch production; multinational food & beverage experience is required or highly advantageous.
•Strong knowledge of EHS compliance, quality management systems, and manufacturing standards such as ISO, GHPS, and HACCP.
•Experience with Lean, Six Sigma (or similar), data management and problem-solving, plus Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Autonomous Maintenance (AM).
