Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead production operations to achieve production plans, customer requirements, equipment performance, product quality, and safety standards.
  • •Drive strategy and operational improvement by contributing to best-practice production policies, processes, and procedures.
  • •Optimize performance and quality by monitoring OEE and managing production issues, including startups, shutdowns, and changeovers.
  • •Champion EHS, quality, and compliance across safety, environmental, health, ISO, GHPS, HACCP, legal, and customer requirements.
  • •Lead and develop production teams, managing workforce assignments, training, shift rotations, performance reviews, and shift handovers; manage resources and budget.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, food science, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial-level role.
  • •Experience in chemical manufacturing or modified starch production; multinational food & beverage experience is required or highly advantageous.
  • •Strong knowledge of EHS compliance, quality management systems, and manufacturing standards such as ISO, GHPS, and HACCP.
  • •Experience with Lean, Six Sigma (or similar), data management and problem-solving, plus Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Autonomous Maintenance (AM).
