HR Specialist (m/f/d) 20 hours

Serve as a trusted HR partner in Vienna for employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and contract management through development, organizational changes, and offboarding. Own HR documentation, governance, and compliance (including Austrian labor law, GDPR, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and health & safety). Support and adapt global HR policies within the DACH HR team, coordinating service partners and improving processes through digitization and standardization.
