Job Summary

Own the delivery and operations backbone of Innovaccer’s GSI partner motion, turning engagement visibility into staffing and Centers of Excellence (COE) build opportunities. You’ll maintain real-time project portfolio health and resourcing gaps, map GSI COE skills to Innovaccer’s Gravity needs, design repeatable staff augmentation and T&M engagement models, and drive fast risk-to-opportunity conversion across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the delivery and operations backbone of Innovaccer’s GSI partner motion, converting visibility into staffing and COE-build opportunities.
•Maintain real-time delivery portfolio visibility across active engagements, including health status, resourcing gaps, and delivery risk.
•Define best-in-class Gravity COE skill sets, certifications, and delivery methodology inside GSI partners, and drive closing plans to reach that bar.
•Build and maintain commercial and operational engagement frameworks for staff augmentation and T&M with GSI partners, in coordination with Deal Desk and Legal.
•Act as a cross-functional connective layer so delivery gaps route to the right GSI, tracking and reporting pipeline conversion over time.

Key Requirements

•6–10+ years in delivery operations, technical program management, or professional services operations, ideally with exposure to SaaS or healthcare technology delivery.
•Prior exposure to partnerships or alliances (GSI or channel), with understanding of how commercial terms translate into delivery reality.
•Experience working with or inside a GSI, systems integrator, or large delivery partner, including how staff augmentation and T&M models work commercially and operationally.
•Comfortable identifying which projects are actually in trouble before they become a larger problem.
•Systems thinker with the ability to build repeatable frameworks and lead cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
