Key Responsibilities

  • •Examine and interpret insureds’ policies, forms in force, and other records to determine coverage and extent of liability.
  • •Draft, approve, and adjust estimates of damage and loss amounts using Xactimate and Xactanalysis.
  • •Conduct investigations including recorded statements and coordination with police/fire inspections, and review supporting documentation.
  • •Write clear diary notes, manage vendor collaboration for field assignments, set/save contacts, and issue payments.
