Provide timely, efficient client transaction processing while maintaining accurate records and handling assigned funds. Deliver high-quality service by engaging clients to understand financial needs and completing complex and standardized transactions. Cross-train to support sales and service, including outbound calling and assisting with Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Educate clients on digital self-service banking (ATMs, Online and Mobile) and support new account openings, problem resolution, and compliance with internal controls.
