Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, assign, and supervise electrical, mechanical, and automation technicians across shifts.
  • •Execute maintenance safely, efficiently, and according to priority, including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
  • •Act as first technical escalation point during major breakdowns and ensure structured recovery and corrective actions.
  • •Troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems, robots, ovens, conveyors, utilities, and safety systems; support commissioning and upgrades.
  • •Enforce compliance with LOTO, PPE, electrical and machine safety, hazardous-area requirements; maintain records and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements
