Security Center Ops Sr. Specialist

Monitor and analyze security logs in real time to protect NTT Data Services clients, correlating events and assessing malware and exploit severity. Handle inbound customer technical assistance requests, process and escalate tickets using SOPs to meet SLA requirements, and produce shift reporting and turnover logs. Investigate issues using packet analysis and networking/protocol expertise, communicate technical findings to customers and internal teams, and support ongoing knowledge sharing and control execution.
