Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with segment and persona stakeholders to develop and maintain business segment strategy, processes, and requirements
  • •Partner with the CRM Business Capabilities organization to ensure accurate platform plans handed off to CETO
  • •Act as primary point of contact for segment senior leadership on business segment roadmap status and aligned initiatives
  • •Analyze and document current-state process flows, policies, decision frameworks, handoffs, and user journeys
  • •Build future-state process transformations, including future-state policy definitions and user journey maps
